NVQ's

So I'm doing NVQ 2 in Health & Social Care. I have been told that it is below GCSE level and the tests/exams sure prove that. So far I've only done the initial assesment & level 1 in literacy & maths and I've finding it way easy (obviously not done any modules yet) we have up to 6 months to complete it but can do it in 3 if we want, which I do want to do.

Anyone else do it? I'm doing level 3 after this then I've been told I should do my A1!

The only think that gets me it that we have to work through the workbooks with the assesor but I could do the book plus exam in less than 2 hours.
