concentrations, for biology

does ne one know how to make up different conc. of inhibitors, for the biology coursework plz, i've been stcuk on how to do it, i wanna make a range of 0.1, .005, 0.025, 0.0125..., i dont know how mcuh u have to dilute each value by, the inhibitor is cuso4, and the rmm is 143.5
if ne one could help me plz, thx!
