Help pretty please

Hey guys I am currently in year 13 and its my last before uni. During my A2 graphics I have decided to rebuild the greenery as well as a underground parking lot. However I need ideas on what to add/remove from the greenery. I also need some ideas on sustainable issues that might be caused during the rebuilding and or after the project. The indoor swimming is never open therefore i was thinking of changing it to an indoor gym.

This place is in Turkey. P.S the real thing is slightly different from the models.
