To the bit in bold: definitely not. :tongue: I was brought up abroad, for a start.

I do see what you mean about there being similarities, though - I think I have the most steretypically posh accent, and the other two are also well spoken but vary from each other. Accents are so interesting :smile:

What an awkward accent, I ain't good at guessing accents.


Maybe somewhere like Leeds? I would say its a bit Northern just for the way you pronounce water, I say it the same and my grandparents go wild because they're southerners!

To be fair it does say it in my location..

I was born in the Midlands, moved to Northumberland when I was 4. I live about 30 minutes from Newcastle, all my friends say I have a 'twang' though.

Hmm well I've heard people in London use the word 'bait'...so are you from London? The way you say some words though doesn't sound like a London accent.
