What happens with TOK essay next?

Hi, I just had a question that I'm curious about.

Does anyone know what happens to the TOK essay once it's submitted to the ibo website?

im just curious, because I don't understand how it will be graded...

It will be marked by an external examiner, so any mark your teacher may have given will not mean anything. They will mark it in accordance with the mark scheme and then, depending on the grade boundaries, you will be awarded a grade A-E. This grade, combined with you extended essay grade (which will also be A-E) determines how many of your three bonus points. I know to get the full 3 you need at least an A in one and a B in the other, but I can't remember the breakdown after the 3 points :P
