Haha 2 inches is a pretty big range.

So your arms probably look the same or bigger proportionately than mine. Dem feels :frown:.

yeah I tried to measure my own height but it was so awkward, firstly, standing up against the wardrobe, to look into the tiny mirror. And then having to keep the measuring tape taut.

Yeah they are proportionate I think

Uhhh use a book sit it flat on your head against wall. Then measure.

Just ask them to do it next time at the gym...in that little room behind the blue doors they have a height measuring thing.

it sounds so easy doesn't it.Like you until last time, I've never failed a squat rep before, but feel it's gotta happen soonish.

though I'm sure I wouldn't have failed on a smith machine because that's a lot safer

yeh its true. Wish I had a ****ing power rack, or there was a gym which does within a 40 minute walk. Mine is cheap, 15 min walk and has everything else so can't really justify changing.

Met In One Ear and Appeal to reason

but IOE schooled me on my depth of squats.

Also, another fail.

It looked fine in the mirror, but on video, its just hitting parallel...

redonkulous
Welcome to lifting, there's always more to learn

On this note, I really need to video my squatting...

Has everything in it...just the main piece of equipment lol

I left my old gym for only having one squat/power rack. The queue was laughable. Now I have two squat racks. In fact it's got two awesome machines , and I don't usually go for machines: Viking press and tbar rows. Nothing but gains from these

Hmm you have a very loose definition of "parallel".

I'll upload the vid when I get home so all may see your squatting prowess! It be true though we both had a pretty disastrous session. I pulled an Areeb on the bench :frown:.

I need to get used to that wider grip.

My left hand side was wonky at the worst of times.
