How do you bulk from 50kg to 70kg?
How many meals would I need to consume a day?

What is your age, and sex? That's a significant increase in bodyweight so unless you're a youngish teenager - in which case you are likely to be assisted with natural growth - it'll take a long time, assuming you don't also want to gain a significant amount of fat.

i've been lifting for 3.5 years. 14.5 to 18. started at 67 now i'm 95. heaviest i've ever been is around 97-98. 180cm tall now. hope this helped.

i get this was 3 months ago and i dont know if youre going well on this bulk but
you wanna find your BMR and eat 500 calories above it every day. Its always good to overshoot your protein goal, i need like 130-150 a day but i clear 200 because why not? Carbs and protein will help you grow the most, watch your fat intake and honestly just eat more

Are you doing a resistance training routine (e.g. lifting weights)? You're young enough that you can still expect some natural size gains from just continuing to develop into an adult, but resistance training and a diet that has a caloric surplus and sufficient protein will assist you with gaining lean body mass.
