THE GAINS ARE BACK

Squats
95kg 5x5 PB - unsure about the depth but meh

Deadlifts
1x5 60kg, 1x5 80kg, 1x3 100kg, 1x3 110kg
1x5 120kg PB - two and half plate feels

Rows
1x5 60
5x5 70kg PB - will redo, to get less hip action

Shrugs
3x8 90kg PB - my grip has improved a lot

Skullcrushers
22.5kg + bar 1x6 F - I didn't want to wreck my buriful face
20kg + bar 2x8
PB of sorts

Incline curls
12kg 4x8 PB - one extra set
Wrist and elbow pain from benching? Something definitely wrong in your form. Where is coach In One Ear during these lifts?

My wrist is non existant in.benching. the weight is on the heel of the palm, a little diagonally, and directly pushing through forearm. The only involvement of wrists is squeezing the bar.

Are you sure elbow pain isn't just from tight triceps. If your forearms are nice and straight at the bottom, your elbows are directly under and in a pretty strong position.

No weight gains have been made. My diet has suffered for the past couple of week, but that will soon be rectified.

Squats
95kg 5x5

OHP
45kg 5x5 I'm so happy with this because that's pretty close to my PB..

Deadlifts Unscheduled 1RM test
1x5 80kg, 1rep 100kg, 1rep 120kg, 1 rep 130
1 rep 140
1rep 150 - fail
145kg 1RM

Bench
1x5 20kg, 1x5, 40kg, 1x5 50kg, 1rep 62.5kg -- I lowered and I knew I wasn't going to be able to do my benching. Heh, lose some, you win some.
And then I did 5x5 50kg paused reps.

Rows
65kg 5x5 (-10%) PB, 2 minute rest in between as well rather than a full 4 minute rest

EZ bar curls
1x8 10kg + bar
3x8 15kg + bar, 2 minute rest.

And out.
Do you ever find your back starts arching forward when doing heavy deadlifts?

I'm scared incase I get snap city
