No weight gains have been made. My diet has suffered for the past couple of week, but that will soon be rectified.

Bench
1x5 20kg, 1x5, 40kg, 1x5 50kg, 1rep 62.5kg -- I lowered and I knew I wasn't going to be able to do my benching. Heh, lose some, you win some.
And then I did 5x5 50kg paused reps.
Rows
65kg 5x5 (-10%) PB, 2 minute rest in between as well rather than a full 4 minute rest
EZ bar curls
1x8 10kg + bar
3x8 15kg + bar, 2 minute rest.
