Competency based interviews - civil service

Hi

I am just wondering if anyone has an interview like this previously? I have identified the competencies I shall be tested on. But one in particular I am stuck on is -

Delivering at pace.

I can't seem to find any interview question examples for this, and I am wittling! I don't know what examples to think of if I don't even know what it means. Can anyone help :smile:

So maybe when you had to work to a tight deadline? Didnt have alot of time to make decisions, that sort of thing. Top tip for competancy based interviews is to use the STAR structure. Situation, Task, Action, Result. -focussing most on the action you took in the given situation.
