Crohn's Disease
Hi,
For anyone who doesn't know what Crohn's is, it's an inflammatory bowel disease, and can affect anywhere in the digestive system.
I was diagnosed with Crohn's Disease at the age of 14, and have decided to start a blog to share my experience and to raise awareness. Feel free to take a look! The first post is all about how I (eventually) got diagnosed after having emergency surgery (fun, I know).

I have Crohn's too, it's an awful illness.
