Do universities take a distinction at GCSE to be an A

I'm just wondering because today is results day and I got 5A*'s 3A's 1B and Distinction in OCR Level 2 National Award in ICT which is 2 GCSE's

So do I have the right to say I got 5A*'s 5A's and 1B?

The reason I asking this is that I'm thinking of apply for Dentistry, and its probably good to get as many A's and A*'s as possible.
I highly doubt any university worth their salt is going to care what you got in ICT (unless you want to do it there - maybe, at a push), especially as it wasn't a GCSE qualification. I did the same ICT qualification and had completely forgotten about it.
