My gf (I'm a lesbian) said I'm just as pretty as another girl but said that girls not good looking.does this mean she doesn't think I'm good looking?

Yeah, ask her to clarify what she meant.

If she didn't find you somewhat attractive, I doubt she'd still be your gf...

Iv been paranoid in the past because of what other girlfriends have said n how they treated me. The gf I have now has always complimented me but I still can't believe what she says, we have been together for 3 years. I don't no if it's me being paranoid or because of things she's said when iv asked her if she thinks I'm attractive. I asked her what she thought of my friend compared to me and she said we're both pretty but I'm better looking yet she thinks my friend is not attractive . I'm I being paranoid? ?
