NEXT job
I recently applied for a Next job and got a phone interview today which I passed. They said that I need to go in to the store soon and see what I'm like on the shop floor. Can anyone who's done this give me any idea what it's like and what I have to do.

You'll probably be asked to do a role for a bit, like behind the tills and serve a few customers
My advice is be friendly, make conversations with the customers (and other staff), take an interest in the shop... and also take a note of how the shop is structured in terms of layout (as they may ask you what you notice about the shop).
