Personal Statement for University Transfer

Can I reuse my previous personal statement???
(edited 6 years ago)
You should focus more on what you've studied at university and why it interests you, rather than your A Levels for a transfer PS

It might be flagged as plagiarized. To be safe, you can simply paraphrase your statement and then check your new file vs the previous one for any similarities. If you don't have any current subscriptions with special anti-plagiarism services, I can recommend you to try this one https://www.unplag.com. Choose "Doc vs Doc" checking option and correct your paper until you get less than 10% of similarities. Good luck

Self-plagiarism isn't recognised by UCAS (it will appear, but won't be flagged to unis), but the important bit is how relevant the content is to the applicant now
