I have my first bank hca shift tomorrow! I'm nervous about it! Any tips on how to feel like less of a spare part?

Yeah,
My first shift went well, I shadowed a HCA for a few patients then was thrown in on my own. I really enjoyed it, feet were very achy after. Same ward again today, they had a different HCA on who was a bit patronising... I still enjoyed it though.
