Medical science at Exeter uni

I've got at offer from birmingham, leeds, warwick and exeter to study biomedical science, I think I've narrowed my choices down to warwick or exeter for my firm and I cant decide between the two!
One thing I noticed about exeter's course was that it fouses on problem based learning and I was wondering if anyone could tell me more about what this is like, as I'm worried I wouldnt really like it??! Thanks :smile:
