Your biggest regret?

**I am bored **

What is your biggest regret in life? Mine is not working hard enough for my GCSEs and taking to much of the attitude that education dosn't count. It may affect me later in life and its not as easy to sort out as it sounds.

My other regret is not going out with this girl in year 11 when I had the chance.

P.S Just moved it as I realised I posted it in the wrong subforum!

Not taking the chance I had with the guy I really liked
I regret ever having the need for regret.
I also regret promising myself i wouldn't live till my 18th (which is tomorrow, so i don't know whether i'll keep my promise to myself or not, but i doubt that i will. I'm rather unreliable at keeping promises to myself).
I regret every time i've upset someone without need.
I regret needing to fight, even just to defend myself and others.

There is nothing to wrong with defending yourself, however picking fights on purpose is a totaly different matter.

On that note though I regret some of the manipulated things I did at school.

I know, but the fact that i needed to, i regret.
The fact that i couldn't stop the conflict.

i regret taking the chance to get to kno someone and realise it was a waste of time coz i knew what a two faced bitch she was anyway
i regret not waking up and realising i had to teach myself chemistry earlier
the list goes on but thats it at the top of my head
There are things that I kick myself for doing - but at the same time given the choice I'd never change things. The path my life has taken so far has turned me into the me I am today....and I like that me

I some times regret not moving out to university I some times don't. I think it would have been a huge gamble and I don't think I was ready for it at the time.

I regret having lost one of my best friends over a series of very trivial misunderstandings. :frown:

I don't do regrets because if I'd have done something differently I probably wouldn't be who I am or where I am today, everything happens for a reason...

I live by the motto live your life so that you can only regret what you did do, not what you didn't...

The same thing kind of happened to me, a I had a joiner mate who used to come round every night but I had always had work to do so I started telling him I had too much work to do (which I did). He still called round one night and I was in the pub my dad said I was in the pub and that was the last I heared of him.

I didn't bother getting back in touch because I valued the piece and quiet at last, it just never occured to me that he would never get in touch either which means its 20 months since I last spoke to him!
