Hey guys :hi: , the time has come for you to receive your results! Some of you may have been emailed your results or have logged in to your college/sixth form portal; for others, you will have to go collect your results in person. Having been a Year 12 student a few years ago, I can tell you for nothing that you feel just as tense as GCSE results day! I would highly reccomend that you check out this article that the lovely folks at TSR put together just for you guys about AS results and what to do next.

So we've set aside this thread, where you can post your predicted grades and your exam results. In the past few years on TSR these threads seem really popular so we're carrying on the trend for you guys

Feel free to congratulate each other, however we do have the official results day thread for you to use, solely for chat purposes with other students! Also you might wanna consider saying your goodbyes in the Year 12 thread and introduce yourself in the Year 13 thread as these threads are very common and are a great way of getting to know other people in the same boat, so to speak :ninja:

On behalf of the Community team and TSR support team, we wish you the best of luck in whatever results you attain!

Perhaps add another subject on the copy pasta. Considering this is the AS thread, I'd say most do 4 or more.

We've discussed them at length in the physics exams subforum, but the consensus is:

    Phys1 - 61 for full UMS, 49ish for an A...
    Phys2 - 66 for full UMS, 54ish for an A...
    EMPA/ISA unchanged

I'm pretty happy with what I got. The history was disappointing as I really wanted to carry it on next year but I know I can't get the predicted grades I needed with it. I'm possibly going to my literature remarked but overall I'm very happy

    Future ambitions
Hopefully go to drama school but either way i want to become a stage actress

    Comments and reactions
Genuinely stunned, especially with Sociology, I thought I'd screwed up the exam! And to get 108/120 UMS in Unit 2 too... Psychology was also a pleasant surprise - my teacher left in January and we had a supply! Film was a little bit of a disappointment but I can pull it up to a B next year

    Future ambitions
Well I've spoken to my teachers and they said it's likely I'll be predicted AAB so I can apply to Sheffield to do Politics!
