That being said, what you described sounds potentially an interesting lat exercise. I will try this next back day.

Regards to bench press not showing up as a pr. When looking at a bench press set in fitnotes, hit the trophy top right and it'll take you to your PB area. You may have done a high rep set ages ago and forgotten about it...

Thanks  apparently I hit 57.5kgx12 last April. Think that's when I was doing Kelei's routine from bb.com so does make sense!
right shoulder spontaneously cramped a few times this morning, feels a little sore now.. hope I've not managed to damage something 😓

topkek, bought a £13 belt from amazon

just put it on and tried to take it off... 20 minutes and 101 bruises later, it's off. this is why i should have got a single prong

think i need to break it in a bit haha. i'm not actually planning to use it soon, just wanted to have one on hand for when i do wanna start using one. i'll probably invest in a better belt if/when that happens!

What style is it? What thickness?

Even with decent belts they can be *******s for a while, I think needing some breaking in is a good thing. My new strength shop 13mm took some repeated buckling before I could get it on then a bit of not being able to wear it as tight as I'd like. Now I've had it over a month and it's still a bit of effort, if I have a fat day I sometimes need someone to help me get it off

how would you advise breaking it in? i've rolled it up both ways round and squished it loads, is it just a matter of buckling and unbuckling it on myself a lot?

That looks very good for the price.

Double prong and looks like it's 13mm thick as opposed to 10mm for flimsier belts.

Roll it one way tight, then roll it back on itself tight. Repeat times 100.
