Almost every male I see in my year is at least 6 foot if not over. I feel short at 5'11 yet supposedly the average height in the UK is 5 foot 9. Anyone else think this statistic is wrong or kept down by old aged pensioners? I barely see any male who is below 6 foot and those who are are usually like 5 foot 5, never see any 5 foot 9 males.
I think it is higher than that of 50 years ago.
There are so many 6'4-6-7 master racers about these days. Then again Dundee's quite a studenty town, so lots of those will be decently gened and well nourished student imports. When I've been to poorer towns like Newport in Wales, the people were noticeably shorter and also suspicious of electronics and written script.
I'm 5'9" and most people I see day-to-day are around my height
thread is probably a troll, though
6ft master crew checking in.
