Economics and Business Studies

I am going to college/sixth form in September and am choosing my subjects. I am considering doing both Economics and Business Studies as two separate subjects.

But will there be too much overlap?
Would you recommend doing both, if that's what I'm interested in?

I haven't done either but I know a lot of people that do both and they say it helped, and also if that's what you are interested in then go for it! That's the most important thing :smile:

I don't think there is very much overlap. Economics will give you some relevant comments to make in business essays and there might even be a couple of things you can bring from business to economics, but the focus is really on different areas.
