What's the longest time you slept?

I'm bored so I thought I'll post this what's the most amount of time you slept ? Myn is probz like 7-8 hours ;( I want to sleep 12+

In one go? Just under 14 hours, with small gaps in between id say 16 hours of sleep (so minus the Gaps)
15 hours , i need that kinda sleep back in my life

I feel bad for you, 7-8 hours max?? On a weekend/holiday 9-10 hours is natural, if I wake up before 8 hours I’m tired. If I wake up with around 8 I’m fine but if I go over 8 then I need like 12-13 to feel good. So although I get 9-10, I actually wake up feeling poopy unless I put on an alarm or I’m willing to let most my day go. I’m such a heavy sleeper, it’s awful and probably unhealthy

Yeah even if I sleep around 3am I wake up back around 7-8am I hate it today I'm hoping to sleep for long

Don’t use your phone before bed, drink some milk (preferably warm), try and get blackout curtains and try to clear your mind of stresses before bed. If I stress before bed like If I’m stressed for an exam I can tell how bad it affects my sleep compared to going to bed thinking “I’ve tried my best studying, whatever happens tomorrow isn’t in my control”.

I think the milk, not using your phone and removing stress is essential for a good nights sleep. The blackout curtains will probably make you over sleep but I think they help a lot in summer especially if the sun easily wakes you up. Last year I’d wake up at like 5/6am so I got blackout curtains and it’s almost pitch black in my room at 9am

Hopefully soon I can sleep for all day as I haven't slept in 45 hours now
48 hours. Sleeping pills and I was depressed af.
23 hours in 1 go when I was ill. Naturally I usually sleep for 12-14 hours. But due to school more like 6-9 hours ;-;

20 or so hours.
I once slept for 15 hours straight after I had been up beforehand for 37 hours :tongue:
