Bournemouth university location.

This might seem like a weird question but how far/how easy is it to commute from Bournemouth university to the beach/town?
I really want to apply to BU not only because the uni looks amazing but also because I just love Bournemouth itself.

Most of the halls are either in town (like 5/10 minutes walk from the town centre/beach) or in winton (10/15 minute walk or bus ride to town). Some subjects are based in the Lansdowne near the town centre halls while others are based at Talbot campus which is about 15-30 minutes away (depending on traffic - it's about a half hour walk or half an hour on the bus in traffic but when the traffic is light or if you ride a bike it's a lot quicker).
