Royal Army Medical Corps or Physician Associate Programme

Ok so I've been offered a 2 year position at my university to study a physician associate programme which will guarantee me a job at the end of it on a pretty decent salary (have to work full time in the NHS for 18 months after i finish). However, I've always had this niggling thought that I should join the army. I applied over a year ago now and have got in as a combat medic which I feel like I would really enjoy however the salary is not THAT good when starting out. My question is does anyone do the physician associate programme? And also do people think i'd be better off joining up as this is what i've wanted to do for years or continuing at University and getting myself a solid career (not saying that the armed forces isnt).
