Can I do a PA course after getting my Bsc Hons in optometry?

You need to check the entry requirements section on the course pages. Swansea accepts optometry. Other courses accept healthcare degrees but you would need to contact the admissions departments to check if optometry is accepted.

There is a course list on the following page:

Swansea - https://www.swansea.ac.uk/postgraduate/taught/medicine/physician-associate-studies-mpas/#entry-requirements=is-expanded
