TSR was actually started by a chap called Charles Delingpole in 1999. He probably paid £5.99 for the domain name. I bought the business from him in 2006 for considerably more than that unfortunately

There are masses of lovely supportive people on TSR, but sometimes people put each other down, or say mean things, and that annoys me and makes me sad. We should all try together to discourage that sort of behaviour - saying it is inevitable on the internet is not good enough.

What do you do full time?

I run the team of 65 ish full time employees who make the magic of TSR happen, together with the 130+ volunteers.

In practice that's a combination of spending time with the people I manage, or who are working on projects that I am closer too, looking at data analysis, strategy work, meeting clients/partners, and lashings of Tea, coffee and the occasional beer.

Bovril :beard:

The breakfast of kings includes champagne, might I suggest a working breakfast of kings with your staff?
