Epq help

We need to think of a topic and I wanted to do the question of whats the best way forward regarding tuberculosis in cattle (badger culling, blood tests etc) but is this to vague/ broad? My teacher says I have to completely change the topic if I cant think of a way to word it or make it more specific ):

I have no knowledge on the subject but I'll explain how I chose my title:

I like economics and politics > investigate the relationship between economic growth and politics regime > "are dictatorships more effective than democracies at increasing economic growth?" > after some research, title is too broad > "has economic growth in China been the result of authoritarianism?".

You should know that, not only are you allowed to change your title, but AQA like it if you make changes as long as you can justify them.
