am being funded in uni. am i still eligible for student maintainance. ??

I'm... Not sure what you mean. You can apply to student Finance as long as you are a UK or EU citizen and in a full time (not sure about part time, but maybe) course. If you talk about "Being funded in uni" as in Student Finance are funding your tuition fees, yes you can still apply for a Higher Maintenance loan (A normal maintenance loan is pretty small, while a higher Maintenance loan will give you more of a loan for rent and food etc but what you get depends on your permanent house's overall income (So your parent(s)). It's a little late to be applying for student finance now however you still can apply now.

Just apply and see where it goes. You will be able to get a maintenance loan, and the total you get will be worked out throughout the application.
