Is this related to blue ball?

Hi there, I've got this problem I don't understand. So basically, me and my girlfriend have agreed not to have sex till we get married. When we meet, we do fool around(kissing, touching, etc..) which causes me to get aroused.
A couple of times, after she left, I got busy with other work and couldn't get myself off. This of course causes intense pain in my testicles. But recently I've started feeling a different kind of pain. This pain isn't in my testicles but somewhere below and toward left of my bellybutton.
To be exact, it's about 10 cms to the left and 10 cms below my bellybutton. The pain isn't constant, but I feel it when I move around or jog. It subsides withing a few hours, but while it is around, I feel the constant need to urinate.
Could anyone tell me what this is?
