I am doing an EPQ.I am doing the running of a science fair and I was wondering what I could do as my question ?

OK, is the project an artefact where you will actually host a science fair?

Or is it a discussion of science fairs?

I'm not certain what the definition of a 'science fair' is but you might think about just focusing on one audience eg something on children's science fairs.

Questions could be about what makes them successful or comparing two types or approaches. Alternatively you could broaden it out into public understanding of science.
