Struggling making friends at A Level

I have been at my college for 3 weeks now and I didn't know anyone because we moved to the other side of England. I have a twin sister who is with me but she shares the friends I meet( I don't mind) it's been a few weeks though and I made friends on the first day but my new friends are becoming a little awkward with me now and I feel weird and wrong being with these people( my old friends were so different) please help I don't know what to do? No new people are talking to me

you just have to put yourself out there a bit more, esp in the beginning. If you're waiting in a queue or see someone standing alone just go up to them and be like hi what a-levels do you do etc.

as for the awkwardness, i agree my friends at college are sooo diff to my old ones, but the awkwardness will go away
