Which of these sounds

Suppose you contacted two friends on your FB friends list asking to speak/confide in them. They both get back to you, both agreeing to talk but in slightly different ways.

The first says 'Of course, whats up?'

Whilst the second says 'Go ahead please, whats up?'

Which of these sounds more like a friend? Are they both friends? What is the difference between 'Go ahead please' and 'Of course'??

There's hardly anything different between the two and how they responded isn't really an indicator of a friend. They could just be being polite, you need to determine yourself if they are your friend since everyone has their own boundaries.
