They will tell you they didn't receive it on time as an excuse to sanction you as part of this Tory government's atrocities against Britain's most vulnerable, the elderly, sick, and disabled. Atrocities as confirmed by the United Nations and by High Court judgements. If you are a vulnerable person in receipt of benefits, it is advisable to send letters to all departments of the DWP by tracked or recorded delivery. As a consequence of the Welfare Reforms Act 2012 and subsequent reforms (to adjust for high court judgements against them) the DWP are guilty of human rights abuses by causing substantial suffering and deaths to people with genuine illnesses and disabilities by its determination to find them fit for work via monstrously corrupt medical assessments and by unlawful sanctions. Over 2,500 are dying each year, but the media (massive corporations) won't inform you of that.
