“Fake it till you make it”
How are am i meant to fake confidence till i actually get it? Explain
it's about how you come across to other people, so speaking clearly and confidently, make eye contact, assert yourself, be an active participant in group conversations, be open in your expressions and body language ie smile at people, don't be afraid to put yourself out there, all these things make you seem more confident than you actually are until eventually it becomes second nature
