Clearing advice

Hi guys, I need some advice please. I'm looking to go for Biomedical Engineering but I can't decide between doing the 4 year regular degree at a less known university or doing the foundation degree at a reputed university. Please help!

That includes reputation, but you should also make its the best uni for you by looking at whether you would enjoy it there, course, facilities, employment prospects etc.

I would also consider retaking if I had underperformed.
