Conservatoire help

Do you study a breadth of topics at conservatoire? I've chosen bmus Violin as it's my best instrument, but am worried that it will just educate me to be a classical violinist. I'm interested in game, film and trailer music as well as event managing and a whole array of careers in the music industry. Do you think the conservatoire will attempt to facilitate my interests? I'm going to the RCS if that helps
