Better course vs Better uni?

Is it better to have a good degree from great uni Eg a Physical science such as Chem at a top 20 world uni or a great degree from a good uni Eg a comp science degree from a top 100 world uni?
***I am not referring to the grade achieved in the degree
NOTE: The better course would be very difficult to get a good grade

I'd say a great degree from a good uni, a lot of employers often won't bother about the univeristy you came from, more so about the grades you achieved on the course.

Fair,What if you were much less likely to get a good grade on the "great degree" eg a 2.2

Hmm if you feel like you'd get better results at the better uni then I'd go there. At the end of the day you should choose the uni that you feel most comfortable in and feel like you would excel in.
