Parents can’t afford to buy me new school shoes
Hi I don’t think my parents can afford to buy me new school shoes. My school shoes broke today when I was waking home from school.
Ive thought about wearing my plain black lace up plimsolls as school shoes so I don’t have to worry my parents about getting me new school shoes. One of my Friends also wears plimsolls as school shoes.
My school has a sweatshirt and polo style uniform.
Should I just wear my plimsolls and not bother telling my mum about my school shoes ?
I don’t think she will notice she always leaves the house early and gets back after me.

Maybe mention to your mum that they broke but it's fine as you can wear the plimsolls?

She will probably be annoyed with me though as she only bought them in September.
