Female Barber was touching me a lot

Okay, I know a barber has to touch you..

But I went in for a haircut yesterday, it was a different barber.

I sat down, she came over and sort of rubbed her hand down my shoulder to my upper arm saying 'hey, how are you'

Even when I she was cutting my hair she started rubbing the back of my neck/head.

She was blowing at the back of my neck too and brushing my forehead.

I don't know I just noticed the guys waiting to get their hair cut watching her.
She's probably a little older than me but not much, plus she's very attractive.

I just found it a little unusual.
