Short answer - yes. It's why I'm here typing this out. I'm assuming that you ask this because you (presumably a white man), are attracted to Asian women. However, I could very well be wrong and this might have been asked out of pure curiosity. White men, such as my father, can go through a phase of 'yellow fever', when they find anything Asian to be very attractive. This can also be the same for Asian women, and probably for all other ethnicities other than that. There are points in everyone's lives when a particular trait of someone's background (such as Asian culture) seem attractive, but don't like them solely because of that. It's probably best to get along with someone because of who they are and not because, for example, them being Asian. If you really like Asian women just for being Asian, you'll get over it at some point. You'll learn to like people regardless of their race at some point. My dad did that, and now he's dating an English woman, because she's really nice (although he didn't marry my mum only because she was Asian). However, it's a time-consuming process, so bust one out to some Asian porn if you really need to.
As for range, it's pretty broad. Love is there regardless of age, so you don't have to worry about that. Nonetheless, if you couldn't care less about that, Asians are still pretty lenient with age. In Japan, the federal age of consent is 13. Go nuts.
