Which residence is the most social with the most parties and pre drinks and best atmosphere at Exeter?

My son's at Lafrowda which has a very social reputation and is centrally located on campus too. Birks Grange is also considered sociable but that's at the bottom of a big hill you would have to walk up every day to lectures
