Hi, I’ve got my filter interview booked for next month so was just wondering if anyone could give me some pointers and clarify some points.
Is phase 1 training iot and phase 2 specialist??
Where can I find the best information for NATO and the UN current affairs ?
And also does anyone have an tips on the questions and things they ask ???
Leadership examples???

If you do a search there's plenty of threads/video links on here and the web generally about the filter interview. Plus the information you get at your P2 presentation; I'm assuming you haven't done that yet?
As for leadership examples, you tell them what YOU have done; you'll have already put some of this information on your application and no-one on here is going to know that.

The answer to your first question is on the role page for Regt Officer on the RAF Recruitment website.
Part of the answer for your second question can be found by reading the news section of the main RAF website. (It shows articles about the main operational elements the RAF is currently involved in).
You should know what leadership examples you can give, it's you that's applied for the role!
You should know why you're applying for the role, why you're applying for the RAF.
And you should do more prep in readiness for OASC!
