What results are on an undergraduate degree transcript?

Does the transcript of an undergraduate degree include all the results of all modules taken from first year to final year?

Yes it does, including modules which are incomplete, absent, withdrawn or failed.

Thanks.
So it will also include sessional modular assessment results that are taken throughout the year as well as the end of year exam for that module?

If your university uses the HEAR transcript system then I can tell you no, they don't. They only show the final grade, mark, number of attempts, credits achieved and pass/fail of each module - not individual assessments.

No, not at that granular level of detail. Only the final result for that module during that year. The transcript records the overall outcome, not the steps along the way.

What I forgot to say earlier is that modules which are dropped before a semester's add/drop deadline are not included on a transcript at all.
