Has anyone ever been sent the wrong black box?
I was sent a black box and haven’t installed it yet but the app to monitor your driving score has a score and journeys that I haven’t done. I’ve rung my insurance company many times and I’ve been told they’re going to ring back but still haven’t heard anything. Has this ever happened to anyone else?
