Communication-think about active listening and its impact
commitment-how have you shown commitment e.g. never giving up in stressful situation.....how about any relevant training you have been thorough e.g. first aid. How has that impacted on your skill set and your cleints?
courage-standing up for what is right, how have you done this?

care and compassion-give examples of each and how you have demonstrated them defectively? being an active listener, putting yourself in someones shoes, and just being there for someone and letting them know you are available for them regardless of anything. Also putting patient/ clients first as opposed to yourself....give an example of when you have done this. E.g. Maybe you had a lunch break at 13:00 but one client needed support with something urgent and you put yourself forward to help etc.
