Which course will get me into being an ECA, and if so where about are these located please, many thanks.

Have you checked the NHS website? Generally it says that you need no qualifications so maybe contact some people who are advertising and see what they would like/recommend? Experience in first aid etc. would obviously be good to have... Don't know if this helps?!
