What jobs can I do with H&SC LEVEL 3? I want a job that's non clinical?

I've been wanting to get into a job thats deputy manager,manager assistant , senior, or supervisory roles anyone know where I can start from.

I've got level 3 health and social care and currently working as a care assistant.

Probably want to start looking at admin/secretarial/clerical roles and move up from there I would guess.
