A level at home

So I am doing two science a levels at home with a tutor and I was wondering if my tutor passes me for the practical endorsement does it count

I think they have to be done at the exam centre. Check the specification.

It has to be done at the exam centre. The regulations are here: https://www.jcq.org.uk/exams-office/non-examination-assessments/instructions-for-conducting-non-examination-assessments-2019-2020 at Appendix A.

The specification is on the exam board website. I would be concerned about a tutor who doesn't know what you have to do for the exam. You have to actually do the practicals and demonstrate the skill required to get the practical endorsement - so you wouldn't be able to do the practicals at home.

They cannot.
Practical endorsement is an expensive supplementary course provided by third parties.
You can find out what it needs to cover by looking at the specification on the exam board website.
