EPQ help!!

Hi everyone. My EPQ teacher has no idea what she is doing, and when asked what documents we need to hand in (i.e. research plan, actual dissertation, project proposal, activity log, etc.) she doesn't know. Can anyone give me a full list of what needs to be handed in when the deadline is due? Thank you

initial record of ideas
source analysis table
candidate proposal
Gantt chart
I'm not 100 per cent sure of that list
sorry my advice is rubbish
