AQA A Level History Russian coursework

I really need help and ideas/advice with the coursework. My question has to do with whether or not Lenin's policies caused more rebellion than any other ruler or factor. I just need specific policies for all the rulers (Tsars and Communists up to Stalin) that caused rebellion) unrest and then I'll research the rest.... thank youuu 🙏🏾

Then you should be asking why and if its a good or meaninful metric to compare. Is rebellion a good ort bad thing? Why and what were the results, how was it dealt with? Who was rebelling?
